Refund Policy

GFR Scheme...

£22.50 of the monies paid for Grandfather Rights applications are consumed by the administration processes. In the unlikely event that the application is unsuccessful following joint, reasonable attempts by the applicant and the Institute to resolve things, the total refundable would be £42.50.

Existing Members...

Members who terminate their existing membership for any reason are not refunded any unused portion of their annual fees. Members who are removed by the Institute from the membership roll for any reason will not have any unused portion of their membership fee refunded.

CC/Debit Cards

Credit Card purchases are funded to the card used for the application.

Cheques

Cheque refunds will be refunded not sooner than 14 days after the original cheque has cleared. Refunds will be in the form of a cheque issued by the Institute or its data processor.
